How we work
Every project starts with a look under the home. Crawl space conditions vary enough between Charleston, Columbia and Greenville — and between two houses on the same street — that recommending a system before seeing the space would be guessing.
After the inspection, findings are explained in plain language: where water is coming from, what humidity readings show, what condition the liner and wood are in, and which of those items actually needs attention. Then options and pricing follow from that.
What we do not do
